Canola Oil Pie Crust

Ingredients

2/3 cup canola oil
6 tablespoons ice water
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Mix together flour, oil, sugar, salt, and ice water.

Shape the dough into an eight inch disk and place it in the fridge for 5 minutes

Divide dough in half. Roll each piece between two pieces of plastic wrap.

Once in the pan, trim the edges of the crust as desired.
