I am an addict when it comes to acquiring new cookbooks. I read them and try and make a new dish several times a week. My husband and I are big fans of wine and like to have a few glasses with dinner. One day I hope we can visit France, Spain and Italy, sampling the local cuisine, writing about the experiences and taking many photos.
