Ingredients
2 onions, quartered
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon paprika
3/4 cup cider vinegar
4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon sugar

Place the onions in the bottom of the slow cooker.

Cover: Cook on LOW for 10 hours or on HIGH for 6 hours. I went with the high option.
