Seared scallops are a sizzling sign of summer. Crispy on the outside, firm on the inside, these buttery shellfish are elegant and delicious! But do be sure not to over cook! Scallops are best served seared in a very hot pan, in this case accompanied by super nutritious dark, leafy greens cooked in bacon grease and tossed in a light vinaigrette - yum!
