Minted Egg Salad Tea Sandwiches

Ingredients

1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon fresh chopped mint leaves
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
8 thin slices bread, crusts removed

Preparation

Chop eggs coarsely.

Combine eggs, mayonnaise, mint, celery salt, dry mustard, and salt. Spread between bread.

Remove crusts and cut into desired shapes.
