Easy Tortilla Pizza
Ingredients
2 large tomatoes, seeded and chopped
          2 tablespoons onion, minced
          1 clove garlic
          1/2 tablespoon olive oil
          1/4 cup water
          1/2 cup white beans, rinsed and drained
          1/2 cup low fat mozzarella cheese, shredded
          1 cup basil, leaves
      Preparation

In a large saucepan over medium heat, add oil. Then add onion and garlic and cook for 4 – 5 minutes to soften. Then add tomatoes and 1/4 cup water. Cook for 15 – 20 minutes until tomatoes are cooked down.

Preheat oven to 350.
