Georgianna

Georgianna, known online as Celtic Celiac, is a licensed social worker (LMSW) living in Long Island, New York. Diagnosed with Celiac Disease more than three years ago, Georgianna has a passion for addressing medically restrictive diets from a psychosocial perspective. She is determined to assist individuals living with restricted gluten free diets to understand and take a hold of their conditions. Georgianna strives to help these individuals live their lives to the fullest, with an understanding that a restrictive diet doesn't have to restrict your entire life, by providing educational, empowerment, coaching, and advocacy services through her blog. On her blog Georgia provides updated news on gluten free living, product reviews (including books), restaurant reviews, recipes, and gluten free living tips and tricks. She hopes her recipes can be enjoyed by those beyon the gluten free community as well.
