This week we’re cooking with tea! We love to drink tea but adding tea to food transforms a dish just like spices do. The distinctive citrus flavor and fragrant aromas of Earl Grey tea pair beautifully with chicken, especially when added to a light and creamy brandy sauce! This easy chicken recipe takes just minutes to make and the whole family will love it. Serve over rice, buttery noodles, or atop a bed of fresh spinach.
Earl’s Peppery Chicken

1 lb. boneless skinless chicken tenders
1 tbsp. coarsely ground black pepper
3 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. butter
3 Bigelow Earl Grey Tea Bags
1 cup boiling water
1 tbsp. brandy
2 tbsp. light cream
1 tsp. finely ground pepper
