      Tater tots may be every kids favorite part of shcool lunches, but they really aren't the healthiest side dish.
Now, you can make your own tasty tots with baby turnips. The kids will love these and you can enjoy this classic comofrt food without all of the guilt.
 Turnip Tots
	about ¾ pound baby turnips, peeled
	1 tablespoon unsalted butter
	2 tablespoons Panko bread crumbs (can use gluten free breadcrumbs)
	2 teaspoons minced mint leaves
	1/2 teaspoon freshly grated lemon zest
	Salt and pepper to taste
