Snickerdoodles are cinnamon-sugar-coated, crisp-on-the-outside soft-on-the-inside traditional cookie goodness! Much a classic sugar cookie rolled in cinnamon sugar and baked until the surface is cracked and either soft or crispy, this classic cookie has a mysterious history. Some say the name originates from German or Dutch origins (referring to a snail-shaped pastry), where other say it's from New England through-and-through and the name is just a made up fancy. Either way, these cookies are more than delicious and perfect for kids and adults alike.
