Real Foods, Real Kitchens is a new cooking show which goes into the kitchens of everyday people and explores their traditional family dishes.
Modern families are often in a hurry, and many of our traditional recipes have gotten lost in the shuffle. As we move back toward cooking real food, perhaps we will sit down and enjoy more meals together as well.
