Grilled Prawns

Ingredients

1 small onion finely chopped
1 clv garlic, finely chopped
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 pound raw tiger prawns, peeled & deveined
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation

Mix the garlic and onion with the vegetable oil.

Add the prawns and toss.

Marinate in the refrigerator (at least 3 hrs).

Grill the prawns on a barbecue or griddle for about 5 minutes, turning once.

Mix together the salt, pepper and the juice from the lime to make a dip for the prawns.
