Tabbouleh Salad

Ingredients

2 cups bulgur
1 bn parsley chopped
1 bn fresh mint chopped
1 bn green onion chopped
1 cucumber seeded and chopped
3 tomatoes chopped
1 green pepper chopped
2 lemon juiced
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic minced

Preparation

Soak bulgar in hot tap water for 20-30 minutes or until soft. Drain and squeeze out water.

Mix bulgar, chopped vegetables, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, and salt and pepper.
