bulgur

parsley
chopped
1 bn fresh
mint

seeded and chopped

3 tablespoons
olive oil
3 cloves
garlic
minced
salt
and
pepper
Preparation

Soak
bulgar in hot tap water for 20-30 minutes or until soft. Drain and
squeeze
out water.

Mix
bulgar, chopped vegetables, lemon
juice
, olive oil, garlic, and
salt
and pepper.
