Ingredients
1/2 cup
black olives
1/2 cup
green
olives
with
pimento
2 mediums
cloves
garlic
1/2 cup
Parmesan,
grated
4 tablespoons
butter
or
margarine
2 tablespoons
olive oil
1/2 cup
Monterey Jack cheese,
grated
1/4 cup fresh
parsley,
chopped
1
baguette
Preparation

Chop
olives coarsely in food processor. Transfer to a medium bowl. With machine running, drop garlic through feed tube of food processor and
mince.

Add Parmesan, butter and olive oil. Process into a paste.

Add butter mixture to bowl with olives.
Fold
in Monteray Jack cheese and parsley.
Mix
well.

Cut
baguette into thin
slices.
Spread each
slice
generously with olive mixture. Cook under broiler until bubbly and lightly
browned.
