Matar Ke Nimone

Ingredients

1/2 kilograms peas
3 larges potatoes
1 teaspoon ginger juice
1/2 cup coconut powder
1 large Onion, chopped
2 green chilli paste
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 tablespoons garlic paste
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
red chili powder, salt,turmeric(haldi),coriander(dhaniya) powder as test
cumin
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
1 cup whole milk

Preparation

Grind half of the peas in mixer or grinder

Cut the potatoes in quarters

Pour oil in frying pan

Fry the potatoes into oil until brown and soft; remove from pan

Fry peas until soft; remove from pan

Add more oil in pan, add cumin and brown

Add the onion and green chili paste

When browned, add tomato paste, allspice, garlic paste, ginger juice, coconut powder, milk and 1 cup water

Cook until thickened

After 4 to 5 min add potatoes and peas
