Annie's and Jal's Vegan/vegetarian Nachos

Ingredients
Ingredients Guacamole:
2 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
1 centimeter green chilli, chopped finely
Ingredients Ratatouille:
Ingredients Extras:
Lots of grated vegan/vegetarian cheese (approx. 250 g)
Fresh green chillis, sliced (approx. 1- 2 per person)

Put the Bloco Vomit CD in the player and press/click 'play'.

During first 3 songs chop onions finely, courgettes into strips (quartered lengthwise then into approx. 2cm strips), peppers into long thin strips (approx. 5cm) and aubergine into cubes (approx. 2cm).

When 'Gambinda Nova' starts, go back and check the ratatouille mixture in the saucepan and add a small amount of water if it is becoming very dry. Turn on oven to low (about 150 degrees C). Then take the corn chips and place a generous layer in 2 large heatproof dishes (several plates - one per person - can be used instead if they are relatively heat-proof). Sprinkle grated cheese generously over corn chips. Sprinkle sliced green chillis over chips and cheese, according to taste. When 'Roadrunner' starts place the dishes (plates) in the oven. Sit back and have a drink while waiting for the cheese to melt. When cheese is nicely melted remove chips from oven and place a nice big dollop of ratatouille over
