Basic Banana Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients
1/2 cup soy milk
3 large ice cubes, or crushed equivalent
Choose from or more of the following options:
1 medium orange, squeezed
1/2 cup frozen or fresh berries (blueberry/raspberry/blackberry)
3 strips frozen or fresh mango

Notes:
The more frozen ingredients used, the thicker the consistency. If using frozen fruit, reduce the amount of ice.
Substitute 1 container of plain yogurt and 1 tablespoon of honey for vanilla yogurt. Berry-flavored yogurt may also be used, but usually overpowers the natural fruit flavor.
