Garlic Roasted Turkey Breast

Ingredients
4 pounds Bone-in Turkey Breast
5 cloves garlic
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1/4 cup low sodium chicken broth
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons thyme
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350.

In a blender or food processor combine garlic, 1/4 cup chicken broth, olive oil, dijon mustard and thyme.

Pour half of the garlic mixture over the turkey and roast in the oven for 2 hours until a thermometer reaches 160 degrees. I take my turkey out just before it reaches 160 as it will continue to cook for several minutes while it rests.

This simple roasted turkey comes out of the oven moist and delectable.
