Cajun Clams

Ingredients

6 nos shallots
1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
2 tablespoons chilly powder
2 tablespoons pepper powder
1 nos prawn stock cube
2 cans chopped clams
2 tablespoons fish sauce
1 teaspoon freshly chopped green coriander
Salt to taste
oil for cooking
Clam shells

Preparation

Heat oil in a frying pan or wok. Add finely chopped shallots and fry till they turn golden brown

Add ginger -garlic paste and saute for a min. Now add chilly powder and give a stir

Add chopped clams, pepper powder, fish sauce, prawn stock cube and stir well. Cover and cook till its half done

Add green chillies slit lengthwise. and cook till its done.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve in clam shells
