Grilled Chicken and Pineapple Brochettes

Ingredients
4 boneless chicken breasts, cut
into 1 1/2-inch cubes
1/2 fresh pineapple, cut into
1 1/2 inch cubes
2 lrg green peppers, seeded,
cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes
2 smalls Spanish onions, peeled
and quartered
2 tablespoons chili powder
2 clv garlic, crushed
1/2 cup pineapple juice
4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
4 tablespoons fresh lime juice
4 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons chopped cilantro

Prepare Marinade: In blender or food processor, combine all ingredients; process until smooth. Transfer to large bowl and toss with chicken, pineapple, green peppers and onions; let stand 20 minutes.
