Raw Breakfast Parfait with Spirulina Milk
Ingredients
Dry
1/2 cup oats, gluten free
1 Tbsp apple, dried
1 Tbsp almonds, activated
1 Tbsp sweet cacao nibs
1 Tbsp apricots, dried, finely chopped
1/2 tsp vanilla powder
1 Tbsp maca powder
Liquid
1 cup, cashew milk
1 Tbsp spirulina powder
2 Tbsp pumpkin seeds, ground
Preparation

In a maison jar add and layer the oats, apple, almonds, apricots and top with cacao nibs.

Then place cashew milk, spirulina and pumpkin seeds into a vitamix or high speed blender and pulse on high for one minute.

Pour the finished milk over the dry ingredients and enjoy.
