Weight Watchers Free Soup

Ingredients

12 ounces tomato juice
Minced onions
Parsley flakes
Chopped celery (4-5 stalks)
1 sm. head cabbage
2 cans (drained) French style green beans
Salt and pepper to taste
Green peppers, chopped
Any other herbs you like
2 tablespoons soy sauce

Preparation

Add water to cover and boil 1 hour or until done. Add other vegetables like asparagus, bean sprouts, broccoli, cauliflower, Brussel sprouts, etc.
