Tortillini With Basil Pesto and Sundried Tomatoes

Ingredients

3/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, julienned
fresh basil leaves

Preparation

Cook pasta according to package directions.

In a large skillet warm the pesto and sun-dried tomatoes on low heat. Once pasta is cooked, drain and add to pesto mixture. Toss to coat thoroughly. To serve garnish with fresh Parmesan cheese and some fresh basil leaves.
