Chilli Chicken

Ingredients
675 grams chicken breast skinned and diced
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 cloves fresh garlic chopped
5 cm fresh ginger chopped
red pepper chopped
green pepper chopped
yellow pepper chopped
2 tablespoons fresh coriander leaves
2 fresh tomatoes
1 salt to taste
1 teaspoon white cumin seed
1 teaspoon mustard seed
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 tablespoon curry powder
Preparation

Prepare the chicken.

Add turmeric curry powder and a drop of water just to prevent sticking.

Add the peppers chilli and the chicken and stirfry for 10 minutes.

Add the coriander and tomatoes stirfry for 5 minutes minimum.

Check that the chicken is cooked rightthrough (cut a large piece in haft) and if so serve at once. I
