Ingredients for Khaosay Chicken Curry:
1/2 kilogram Boneless Chicken cubes
1/2 kilogram Tomatoes
1 1/2 teaspoons Cutter Red Chilli and
1/2 teaspoon Haldi
1 teaspoon Qasuri Methi dried
1/2 teaspoon Cutter Cumin seed
1 1/2 teaspoons Salt and
1 teaspoon Ginger crushed
1 teaspoon Garlic crushed
1 cup Oil
Ingredients For Khaosay Coconut Karhi
1/2 kilogram Yoghurt sour
2 teaspoons Cutter Red Chilli
1 teaspoon Coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon Haldi
1 teaspoon Ginger crushed
1 teaspoon Garlic crushed
1/2 kilogram Spaghetti
1 tablespoon Oil
1 teaspoon Salt
5 glass Water
Ingredients for Khaosay Garnish
2/3 cup Chopped and Fried Onion Cubes
2/3 cup Chopped and Fried Garlic slices
2/3 cup Lemon wedges
1/2 cup Cutter Red Chillies
1/2 cup Ginger slices

Sprinkle green chillies and simmer. Khaosay Chicken Curry is ready.

About
Khaosay is a popular dish among Memon Community of Karachi, it is originated in Burma and Thailand as Khao Suey soup but modified by Indian Memon community of Karachi as a whole meal. It is very pungent and tasty dish. It is a compound dish including a Chicken Curry, Coconut Karhi, Boiled Spaghetti and Garnish .
