Mustard and Honey Glazed Salmon

Ingredients

4 tablebables dijon mustard
3 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon cider vinegar
1/2 tablespoon olive oil
4 ounces salmon fillets, skin on, 4 total

Preparation

Mix together mustard, honey, cumin and vinegar in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Brush mustard mixture all over salmon.

Put salmon in the hot pan, skin side down.

Cook for 4-5 minutes, until skin is crisp and salmon begins to cook.

Flip over and cook until salmon reaches your desired doneness.
