B & B Sunrise: A Banana, Blueberry and Chia Seed Breakfast Cereal
Ingredients
1 banana (mashed)
1 1/4 cups of milk (your choice diary or non dairy)
1/2 cup greek yogurt (flavoured or plain)
1 cup rolled oats
1 tbsp. chia seeds
Heaping tbsp. Agave nectar
2/3 cup fresh blueberries
Fig jam (for topping)
Hemp Hearts (for topping)
Preparation

Mix all the ingredients (except for the toppings) in a bowl.

Cover and place in fridge overnight.

Scoop into bowls and top with jam and hemp hearts.
