French Garlic Cheese Bread

Ingredients

1 1/4 cups Water

1 1/2 teaspoons Salt

1 teaspoon Sugar

3 cups Bread Flour

2 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese

1 teaspoon Garlic powder

2 1/4 teaspoons Yeast

Preparation

Add to machine according to your particular directions. Can be done in machine or in a 350 oven.

Makes 2 baguettes or 6 BIG sandwich buns. CQ's notes-My machine is a 1 pder (recipe is 1 1/2) but it will work if you poke it down a bit during the rise time-dough cycle only. Onion powder tastes really good too. I usually chuck in a couple of ice cubes during baking (oven, not machine) as I'm too lazy to spritz the bread to get a super crunchy crust. CUPONQUEN
