Berry Cheesecake Trifle
8 coconut blondie square (see recipe index)
4 Strawberries cut into pieces
100 grams Blueberries
8 oz Cream cheese softened
1/4 cup Sweetener
1 cup Whipped cream whipped to soft peaks
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Beat the cream cheese and vanilla extract with the sweetener until blended.
Fold in the whipped cream.
In a glass, crumble a blondie in the base.
Sprinkle with berries.
Cover with the cheesecake mixture.
Repeat until the glass is full.
