Pickled Breadfruit

Ingredients

1 Whole Breadfruit
Salt to taste
1 Onion finely chopped
1/2 Sweet Pepper finely chopped
1 small Hot Red Pepper finely chipped
Hot Sauce (Optional)
Water or Stock for pi

Preparation

Peel, core and cube breadfruit

Boil in salted water

Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl

Pour over hot cubes of Breadfruit and mix well

Place in Serving Dish
