You don't need a specific recipe for this grill- it's just an electric grill. If you want some great burger ideas, try one of the following for lots of flavor.
1.Coat the burgers in a blackening spice and grill- top with blue cheese when done.
2.When the burgers are done- brush them with garlic butter.
3. When forming your burger patties- mix in some roasted garlic and brie. Grill normally.
4. Mix into your burger some roasted poblano peppers and when done- top with pepper jack cheese. Serve with guacamole or sliced avaocado.
5. Instead of beef- grill up some mahi-mahi- brush lightly with garlic butter and top with roasted poblano peppers and cheddar cheese.
6. Try a chicken burger- (works with beef burger also) brush with teriyaki sauce and throw some fresh pineapple rings on the grill. Top with jack cheese.
7. Form a thin beef patty, top with lightly sauteed mushrooms & chives- top with another patty and crimp the edges together. Grill normally and top with cheese of your choice.
8. Grill a veggie patty, top with fresh mozzarella, chopped fresh basil and tomatoes.
9. Mix your beef with chopped kalamata olives, chopped fresh tomatoes, feta and spinach. Grill until cooked.
10. Mix the beef with thinly sliced chipotle chilies, grill and top with fresh mango salsa
