Change up your Meatless Monday menu with this crunchy sprouted salad from The Kitchen Fix. Sprouts have become wildly popular in the last year and you can now find several varieties available in the grocery store. For this recipe, you can use any sprout including mung bean sprouts, field pea sprouts, lentil sprouts, just to name a few.
