Amy Smart recently shared her diet confessions with Ok! magazine and revealed that her diet is mostly organic and she loves Italian food.
Smart said the healthiest food in her diet is "probably kale, it's really good for you." The actress also admits that she seldom skips meals, but tends to do so when she is traveling.
If she had to choose one last meal, Smart says it would be "a little of everything, but especially Italian."
