Kelly Bensimon's Model Diet

Model and Real Housewife, Kelly Bensimon, revealed her diet secrets in her new book, I Can Make You Hot! The Supermodel Diet. In the book, Bensimon outlines how to lose five pounds in three days while still eating carbs. 

Her other weight-loss tips include eating smaller portions, chewing each bite at least eight times and chewing mint gum to suppresses your appetite. 

"It's all about nurturing yourself and not starving yourself," Bensimon said. 

She also advises cutting out sugar, oil, alcohol, salt, caffeine and nuts.
