Asparagus season has arrived and this recipe for honey and garlic glazed roasted asparagus is the perfect way to take advantage of this spring vegetable. Slender asparagus stalks are tossed in a simple vinaigrette made with garlic oil, Dijon mustard and honey before being roasted in the oven.
