Poppy Seed Snails / Cinnabons

Preparation

Roll out puff pastry.

Spread Poppy Seed Filling.

Roll up pastry into one long piece.

Brush egg yolk around entire dough.

Cut into small pieces and bake at 350° for about 10 minutes.

About

In Europe this is a very common pastry ("Mohnschnecke"), not really a christmas cookie though.
You could compare it to a cinnabon.
