Dairy Free Garlic Scape Pesto

Ingredients

2 cups garlic scapes chopped
3/4 cup hemp hearts
3/4 cup raw cashews (soaked at least 4 hours)
1/2 cup olive oil

Preparation

Place cashews and hemp hearts in a food processor to blend, add in scapes and lemon juice processing until well blended. Slowly pour in olive oil.

Serve on Cracker, bread, pasta, pizza
