I am a 32 year old happily married mom of 3. I hope to make a difference in my childrens future by changing the way we eat. My 3 beautiful children are: Owen(7yrs) he has classic Autism, and very fussy about what he eats, Ainnsley(3.5yrs) is my child who will eat anything, and Grady(1.5) has a dairy and soy allergy. Cooking for my family can be a challenge, but I am determined to make it Whole and Healthy
