Question: Gingered Pumpkin Muffins

Hi, I made them last night, however there is no recipe for the cream cheese frosting within the recipe, so I used a basic one I have. Problem: It baked out of the muffins. Can you please add the cream cheese frosting to the recipe on your site, and give me any tips for keeping the frosting from going all over the place. I ended up with hollow centers. I love the muffins and want to make them again. Thanks!

This was a recipe from Table that we featured. It looks like you have to scroll down on the page to get the cream cheese frosting recipe. She has tips for baking the frosting in the muffins (freezing it first) and tips for adding it after baking (scoop out a hole).
