Ingredients

Pound together:-Ground chili, Chilli Peppers, garlic, cumin, paprika, turmeric, bread

Put into a frying pan and cook for 2 mins with a little of the oil.

Add remaining ingredients.

Bring to the boil.

Simmer for 10 mins

Put the mixture through a puree'er.

Keep in an air tight sterilised jar in the fridge.

The longer you keep the Mojo the better the flavours blend together.
The heat strength of the salsa can be adjusted by the amount of hot paprika added.
Try experimenting with different types of vinager.

Good point Helen, I have just measured it and it's 250ml, I have changed it in the ingredients as well.
