Question: Where can I get a Gluten Free Cook book
February 4, 2011
Gonna visit a family member in July that loves to cook but her choices are limited because she could only eat gluten free. Would love to get her a cookbook with spanish (Puerto Rican dishes) recipes that would make her gluten free life a little easier.

Don't know of any specific cookbooks that do Puerto Rican GF, but a lot of the cuisine is naturally. I've spent a lot of time in PR and think these are a few things you might want to try sharing with her.

For the packaged ingredients, be sure to check the labels for gluten. Will let you know if I find such a cookbook.
