Perfect for a lunchbox, these cookies are special. They are simple enough for your youngest chef to make, sturdy enough for school lunch, and tasty enough for everyone in the family. It takes three simple ingredients and actually tastes really good.
If you are looking for a go-to recipe that your 5 yr old can manage, here you go.
3 Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies
1 Cup peanut butter
1 Cup sugar
1 egg
Mix and shape into balls
Roll each ball in sugar and place on cookie sheet
Press each cookie ball with a fork to flatten slightly
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes

So glad you like them. I mark down the date when my boys first make them, so it's a very sentimental recipe.

Wow, this is fabulous ;) Are you able to use natural peanut butter in this recipe?

Oh yes! Natural PB works great. Try it with crunchy too.

I use the same recipe, except I add a teaspoon of vanilla. I occasionally add a handful of chocolate chips.
