Forget about takeout! Make one of your favorite International dishes right in your own kitchen. Created by Brown Eyed Baker, this Chinese Beef and Broccoli recipe is a healthier alternative to take-out and still packs in plenty of flavor. The maker of the recipe notes that if you prefer a saucier dish to double up on the sauce ingredients.
Chinese Beef and Broccoli
Ingredients:
- 1 pound flank steak
- 1 1/2 pounds broccoli
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 piece of fresh ginger
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp + 2 tsp cornstarch
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 8 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp dark brown sugar
