Kelly Osbourne recently opened up about how she lost 63 pounds (dating a vegan chef never hurts!). Now, Osbourne is talking about her personal struggles with weight, admitting she often turns to food when feeling emotional.
"I'm an emotional eater. When I get upset, my diet goes out the window," she said. "Now, I've finally learned how to eat properly and I've found ways to make working out a fun part of my life, like getting my friends to do it with me."
Part of her new healthy diet is allowing herself to indulge. Osbourne says she gives herself one cheat day a week. "I usually indulge in pizza and cheese -- I love brie -- and cookies. But when I'm full, I stop eating."
