Taylor Swift is not a dieter because she says she loves eating too much to be strict about her diet. However, the singer tries to balance out all the food she eats by exercising.
"The one indulgence that I allow myself is food. I just love food. I can't do crazy birdseed diet stuff," Swift said. "I like to eat a lot, so I exercise a lot. I try to balance it out, because I just like food so much!"
