This gluten-free key lime pie from Girl Cooks World is a dynamite summer dessert. A combination of eggs, sweetened condensed milk, lime zest and juice are mixed together to create the tart but sweet pie filling. To recreate a classic graham cracker crust, Cate (the food blogger) used amaranth flour, cinnamon, and honey which according to her yielded "a crunchy, sturdy and graham-tasting crust that holds up perfectly- even the first slice came out perfectly clean." The key lime pie is topped with freshly whipped cream and slices of lime for garnish.
