Dr. Oz stopped by The Chew to share some of his secrets to get back into your bikini for the summer.
The Doc suggests drinking one of his own summer drinks that helps to boost metabolism and reduces inflammation. Take a glass of grapefruit juice and add a small amount of apple cider vinegar and a teaspoon of honey. Dr. Oz also suggests upping your Vitamin C intake, as this anti-oxidant will help you burn fat. If you plan on spending a lot of time out in the sun, add more tomato sauce to your diet. Tomatoes have an anti-oxidant that helps prevent the harmful effects of being out in the sun, like UV radiation.
