With all the dancing Kym Johnson has to do on Dancing with the Stars, she isn't left with much time to prepare her own meals. Monday nights, after filming the show, Johnson says she is able to have some down time. The rest of the week, the professional dancer eats meals from Freshology.
"We always go out together Monday nights after the show. Tonight, we're going to Mixology at The Grove," Johnson said earlier this week. "It's a new place, and we're just going there to have some food and drinks. Monday is definitely a night where we can go have fun. [The rest of the week] I do Freshology, which is [a meal plan] delivered to my house. It's portion controlled and calorie-counted and it just makes things really easy."
Kym Johnson is currently partnered with Jaleel White on the 14th season of Dancing with the Stars, which airs every Monday at 8 pm EST and Tuesdays at 9 pm EST on ABC.
