Michael Symon proposed an interesting idea on his Facebook page and after 400 comments, it seems the celebrity chef is going through with it. Symon has decided to open a restaurant dedicated to his hometown of Cleveland.
"There's no location yet. It's just that Cleveland has always given us such big hugs," Symon said. "We want to give Cleveland a big hug back. We want this restaurant to embody all that Cleveland stands for in terms of food, beverage and music."
Currently, Symon is playing around with menu ideas that might include perch sliders, venison pot roast and a duck polish boy.
The celebrity chef also recently announced plans to launch a kitchenware line.
