Everyone loves a good brownie. This salted fudge brownie recipe steps slightly out of the box and is easy to make. The recipe calls for a combination of unsweetened chocolate and cocoa powder which gives the brownies an intense chocolate flavor. The sea salt balances the sweetness and adds a soft salty finish.
1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter
2 ounces unsweetened chocolate, finely chopped
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
2 cups sugar
3 large eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon Maldon sea salt
